What to expect on the first visit

All initial visits are performed at the Rowley Office inside Excel Fitness Center
Please check in at the front desk at Excel Fitness Center
- Our office is just past their front desk
- Future visits may be at the Ipswich YMCA for aquatic therapy
Instructions will be given at the evaluation
Please wear comfortable clothing
Please bring your prescription from your doctor
Please bring your health insurance card
If you have not filled out the paperwork found here, please arrive 15 minutes early and we can give it to you to get started.
